How do I get my team's calendar URL?
Most team apps let you export or share a calendar link. If your app shares by text, like GameChanger, go to your team schedule, tap the share icon, and you'll get a text message with a webcal:// link. Copy that link — or paste the whole message into MergeMyCal and we'll extract the URL automatically.
Will the calendar update automatically?
Yes. Your merged calendar URL always reflects the current schedules from all your team feeds. When a coach reschedules a game — in GameChanger, TeamSnap, PlayMetrics, or any other app — it shows up automatically, no re-subscribing required.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. In Google Calendar, click the + next to "Other calendars" and choose "From URL." Paste your MergeMyCal URL and you're done. Google will check for updates roughly every 24 hours.
Does it work with Apple Calendar?
Yes. In Apple Calendar on Mac, go to File → New Calendar Subscription and paste your URL. On iPhone, go to Calendar → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
How many teams can I add?
The free plan supports up to 3 team feeds — enough for most families. The Pro plan ($4/month or $35/year) supports unlimited feeds.
Does this only work with GameChanger?
No. MergeMyCal works with any team app that publishes a calendar link — GameChanger, TeamSnap, PlayMetrics, or any other webcal:// or https:// ICS calendar feed.
